Circular to Licensed Corporations and Associated Entities Revised Business and Risk Management Questionnaire
The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published a revised Business and Risk Management Questionnaire (BRMQ) last month for licensed corporations (LCs) and associated entities (AEs), which shall be used for financial years ending on or after 30 November 2023. LCs and AEs need to submit the BRMQ through the WINGS system. In addition, to enhance the effectiveness of its risk-based supervision of LCs and AEs, new assessment questions have been included in the BRMQ to ensure there will be more data to help identify and analyze the money laundering and terrorist financing risk exposures LCs and AEs.
