Through investments in internationally recognized insetting projects, DHL GoGreen Plus customers can realize real emissions reductions that exceed the ones achieved through traditional climate-neutral shipping options. These real emissions reductions are enabled by replacing conventional fossil fuels with sustainable fuels or clean technologies, such as sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). With DHL GoGreen Plus, shippers can support projects that directly reduce emissions in their supply chain while also supporting global environmental goals. The investments made by customers go towards carbon offsetting and reforestation programs around the world. DHL Express has announced the launch of its new carbon offsetting program, which will allow customers to reduce their emissions and contribute to a greener future. The service will initially be available in the UK, with a global rollout planned over the coming months.
