Joint Announcement of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission

In addition, the MoU between the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong sets out specific measures for cooperation in share issuance, listing, cross-border enforcement, supervision of intermediaries, investor protection, and market development.
