The Exchange has made an announcement that the Company’s shares will be removed from listing as of 9:00 am on 28 April 2023 due to the Company’s inability to resume trading by 12 December 2022 in accordance with GEM Rule 9.14A. Trading in the Company’s shares had been suspended since 13 December 2021. The GEM Listing Committee decided on 20 January 2023 to cancel the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange, and although the Company requested a review of this decision by the GEM Listing Review Committee on 2 February 2023, it later withdrew its application on 17 April 2023. Consequently, the Exchange has requested the Company to make an announcement regarding the cancellation of its listing.
