M&G, a British asset manager, is set to invest up to 150 million euros ($165.12 million) in Regenerate Asset Management’s first fund, which focuses on sustainable agriculture in Europe. Regenerate, which was launched in 2019, aims to help manage the world’s “natural capital” as part of the fight against climate change and to protect biodiversity. The Regenerate European Sustainable Agriculture Fund will invest in agricultural businesses that prioritize regenerative and climate-friendly produce. The size of M&G’s equity stake in Regenerate was not disclosed.
