The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) have jointly released their decision on updating the Financial Services Providers List (FSP List) for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives regulation. After considering market feedback, the proposed changes outlined in the joint consultation paper have been concluded, and both the consultation conclusion paper and updated FSP List are now accessible on the HKMA and SFC websites for review.
