OTC Clear is informing its members that it has received approval from the Securities and Futures Commission to amend its Clearing Rules and Procedures. These amendments will allow entities incorporated in England and Wales, regulated by the Bank of England and the Financial Conduct Authority, and with an affiliate regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission, to become Clearing Members. The amendments will take effect on July 24, 2023.
