Impala and Exor Team To Develop Renewable and Energy Storage Company TagEnergy

Investment firm Impala and holding company Exor have formed a joint holding company called TagHolding, which will become the largest shareholder in renewable energy company TagEnergy. TagEnergy was founded in 2019 and operates in the renewables and energy storage sectors, developing, financing, building and operating wind and solar renewable energy projects while providing energy storage and grid stabilisation solutions. The company has a portfolio of projects across Australia, the UK, Portugal and other European countries, and is aiming to reach 5GW of renewable assets by 2027. Impala and Exor’s investment will help accelerate TagEnergy’s growth and support its entrepreneurial culture.
