Goldman Sachs Asset Management has expanded its range of sustainable investment products with the launch of two new funds that allow fixed income investors to add green, social and sustainability bonds to their portfolios. The Goldman Sachs Global Impact Corporate Bond Fund and the Goldman Sachs USD Green Bond Fund will invest globally in investment grade and high yield bonds that finance environmental, social or sustainability projects. The funds will be managed by a dedicated Green, Social and Impact bonds team, part of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s global fixed income team, which manages over $1tn on behalf of investors. The funds’ impact will be monitored and reported annually, with disclosures made under Article 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation. The funds are registered for sale in 13 European countries.
