Consultation on the Provisions on Improving the Regulation of Short-swing Trading by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC)

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has released the Consultation on the Provisions on Improving the Regulation of Short-swing Trading (in Chinese only), which will be open for feedback until August 20, 2023. Participants in the China Connect Exchange and Trade-through Exchange are advised to be aware of the proposed changes in the consultation and evaluate how they may affect their operations and systems.
