The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) has announced the upcoming launch of the enhanced Block Trade Facility in the derivatives market on Monday, 28 August 2023. This announcement refers to the circular dated 29 June 2023 (Ref. No.: MO/DT/156/23). Exchange Participants (EPs) are reminded that two enhancements, namely Enhanced Block Trade Price Precision by Average Pricing and Block Trade Order Entry After Market Close, will take effect from the Launch Date. EPs are advised to ensure their operational and technical readiness by coordinating with their operations team, IT team, and external vendors. Additionally, EPs should inform their clients about these enhancements.
