DHL Supply Chain North America has donated US$1 million to fund a curriculum in partnership with Girl Scouts of the USA. The aim is to address the gender gap in the supply chain industry and empower girls to explore career opportunities in this field. The collaboration will include a program and patch to educate Girl Scouts about the importance of the supply chain industry. DHL has a history of supporting Girl Scout councils and plans to engage its employees through mentorship opportunities. The skills training program will be developed and piloted, with the patch program becoming available nationwide in 2025 and 2026. Additionally, DHL actively invests in future supply chain leaders through scholarships and internship programs.
