Franklin Templeton Launches Fund Targeting Companies with Improving ESG Profiles

Franklin Templeton’s ClearBridge Investments has launched the FTGF ClearBridge Global Sustainability Improvers Fund. This global value equity fund focuses on undervalued companies improving their ESG profiles. It offers investors opportunities in companies at early sustainability stages, with a concentrated portfolio of 30-40 equity securities. The fund aims for long-term capital appreciation by emphasizing undervalued companies actively enhancing their ESG practices. It is categorized as Article 8 under the EU’s SFDR regulation and will be available in the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. Managed by Grace Su and Jean Yu, the fund provides a broader range of sustainable investment choices beyond strong ESG ratings.
